How often do you clean your cellular device? You are most likely similar to most adults. We get busy with our daily routines. Taking the kids to practice, paying the housekeeper, going to work to pay for your lifestyle. During these chaotic times, we forget all about cleaning our cell phone that we play candy crush on while taking a dump in the bathroom without washing our hands before rushing to work. Please stop to imagine how many times during the day that you touch your phone before you touch food. Your phone is disgusting. It’s full of bacteria collected from the places that you’ve visited. Do you ever wonder how many times you’ve gotten sick because of the bacteria trapped on your phone?
I’m not a doctor and I don't claim to be. Just so that we are clear, I do not have a degree. However, I’m willing to bet that your phone is the biggest source of germs that you come into contact with during a day. Think about it, we touch our phones then touch our mouth without realizing it. It happens so quickly that we do not think anything about it. It’s gross, but everyone does it. Cleaning your phone more often will make you much healthier and reduce sickness in your life. So how do you clean and sanitize your phone? Take a cotton ball, microfiber towel, or anything of the sort. Grab some alcohol and spray or pour it on the cleaning tool of your choice. Make sure to clean in all the hard to reach and hidden places. Start at one side and work your way around to avoid missing areas. Practice this cleaning on a weekly basis and your phone and your family will be so much healthier because of it. Your phone probably holds more germs and bacteria than your toilet!
